Article gives suggestion to those who got fake mails and offer .How you can authenticate to before acceptation of that offers and get solution for better job opportunities.
Gulf has become a land of dreams in terms of the large number of job opportunities available in its lap. It is a wide platform that unites a job hunter to the job seeker by bringing in people with best talent and training from all over the world. Jobs in Gulf are particularly rewarding as employers are ready to pay higher to the deserving candidates. In fact, the higher salaries and attractive incentives are what entice the foreign professionals to join the Gulf workforce.

Gulf employers offer handsome packages to the expatriates who readily take up jobs in Gulf cities to achieve their dreams. The home countries generally don’t pay good enough salaries distracting the employees from the already monotonous nature of their jobs. With the goal of making it big and building a fortune abroad, many people leave their home countries lured further by promises of getting better money and future prospects. But, don’t behave so vulnerable and don’t get carried away by such assurance of attractive monetary gains and comforting lifestyle. Stop and check if the claims made would really be fulfilled by your employer and what is how, when and where exactly.

It is not that employers in Gulf do not fulfill their promises, they indeed do but to avoid any confusions or misunderstanding later, it is crucial to cross check everything. Just to be on the safer side, double check the details in contract cautiously and don’t take signing it as a mere formality. One of the most important things that you need to clearly understand is to set your expectations right. Evaluate carefully the realities of your newly acquired job and the lifestyle of the new world as precisely as possible. It may that your employer had put it right but you interpreted it wrongly leading to troubles. To avoid the scope of miscommunication and to eliminate the element of regret or misery later on, follow these few steps:

- Work out your basic salary and convert it into your home currency at commercial exchange rates, not the mid-market rates. Assess if you would really earn a substantially larger amount than in your home country.

- Explore the perks offered in your annual or contractual package in detail. Evaluate the important things like:
Is the accommodation offered a part of your package or separate?
Is medical insurance provided or included?
The kind of visa offered by the employer.
The number and duration of vacations allowed?
Will the flight tickets be paid or have to be borne personally?

-Work out the actual cost of living in the country you have been hired to work in. If it is high and major part of your salary goes on food, groceries and laundry, it is not really worthy to leave the home country.

-Search for the history of your employer and the company. You must know if your future workplace is a local firm, a government division or an international one.

-Explore the weather conditions and check if they will suit your health. Don’t overestimate your health by thinking it’s manageable else you will then be wasting lot of money on medicines.

-Know the procedure of repositioning in home country. Calculate accordingly as ignoring these costs may make you a permanent Gulf expat forcefully.

After getting all the significant answers, you will know if it is worthwhile to leave your family and country behind. Just be wise and think again before you finalizing the contract. If the salary & lifestyle offered seem satisfactory, then happily go ahead and accept the job in Gulf, the land of milk and honey.
