A T-shirt is a shirt with a shape of the capital ‘T’ of English alphabet, hence called T-shirt. It’s a shirt usually button less, short sleeve and collar less shirt. They are typically made of cotton or polyester fiber or the mixture of these two. What’s interesting about them is that they are suited well on every type of people and for all age groups.

They are typically made of cotton or polyester fiber or the mixture of these two. What’s interesting about them is that they are suited well on every type of people and for all age groups. And that’s the USP of these clothing. Apart from this, they are easy to fit, easy to maintain, easy to clean and mostly inexpensive and that’s why they attract every age group and every category of people from poor to rich.
As times evolved, these shirts went through a series of experiments and that chain is everlasting. Daily some new brands and new types of T-shirts emerge into the market and run into the race to charm people. Even though there are no standards to decide the types of T-shirt’s, they can be categorized into some like plain T’s Quoted T’s, white T’s, cool T’s, Printed T’s, Games T’s and some others.
Apart from their designing and fashion trends T-shirts basically differ in their printing text. On this basis they can be categorized like College T-shirts, Work T-shirts, and corporate T-shirts etc.
If the slogan on a T-shirt shows affection towards one’s country or state they are patriotic T-shirts like we can say Indian T-shirts. Such T’s contains quotes like “I love India”, “I love my country”, “I love Delhi” etc. Sometimes the word ‘love’ is replaced by the shape of a heart.
If the Quotes are like “recession out, inflation in”, “recession took my life”, “engineers at work” etc, we say the T’s are corporate T-shirts. They generally print the current trends at corporate life.
The printing on the T-shirts, if is like, “I was born intelligent, education ruined me”, quotes to woo girls or the typical expansion of popular acronyms like IIT,MBA etc they are said college T-shirts or cool T-shirts.
Apart from the popular printing some T’s are plain and no quotes on them and some of them possess the color white as it is considered a sober color and shows generosity so white T-shirts are also a hit with working people.
But in the sharp contrast to this there are some T-shirts which contain lights on them and changes color with the lights. They are called Wi-Fi LED T-shirts and are basically wore on the disco clubs and bars and by the pop people as they are considered to be inspired from the legendary star Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. They usually have a guitar or the beats of music in them which go up and down with the lights.
There are religious T-shirts as well and they too attract masses. They contain some chants from Sanskrit, the word ohm, or names of lord in them. They are usually of saffron color.
Whatever the color or design or printing be there in them, they are cool, they are fun and most importantly make you feel light and that’s why they are in.
