People suffering from this condition have to include a high fiber diet especially, if you are suffering from constipation. If you have to change your diet completely try to introduce the fiber gradually. Include different fiber sources and drink a lot of fluid of at least one and a half liters a day. Water is the best fluid. You can also consume juices and dilute tea. Liquids like coffee, carbonated drinks and caffeinated drinks can aggravate the condition. So avoid them completely.
