Stress hormones will give your body for a physical response. Get physical is the healthy way to respond to the stress. Accept stress, but do not detail it. You will be good at how you acting that way could make it a reality.

2. Take deep breath for three to five minutes twice in a day. When you take deep breath, concentrate your mind on breath and pull all distracting ideas from your mind.

The person will just listen carefully about your things but not attempting to help you solve all your issues. You can let that person to listen all your stress and how they are affecting you. Then face the rest of world in control. Accept stress, but do not detail it. You will be good at how you acting that way could make it a reality.
5. As you get ready to rip out your hair, phone you friend. People who have strong social ties can live a bit longer. If you and your close friends or your family member start a diversionary talk, it can prevents stress hormones from causing high blood pressure and other healthy issues.
6. Avoid taking the bait. If you desire to get angry at lousy politician and the unfair price for a thing, you can live your entire life with angry. Get happy. People with low stress will not choose to be angry even when the opportunity is hanging in front of them. Practice this. Next time when someone does some thing that may make you angry, simile instead of getting angry.
7. Carry a lucky "rabbit's foot" that can help you feel calm. The form of your "rabbit's foot" might be a Bible verse or a favorite poem. Whenever you need to relax, carry around it and focus on it.
8. Spend five minutes looking over your day every evening before you bed. Instead of asking yourself, "How did today go?" ask "How I handle the day, and how does it like comparing with five months ago?" Concentrating on what you can control. The reaction to stress can help you more comfortable.
