Originally, the debt collection laws are set up to give some advantage to the lenders. But gradually, these laws became the protector of the debtors. The laws provide the comfort to the debtors where they have the shelter from the rough behavior of the debt collection agencies. These laws are now become the guidelines for the debt collection help. They have now assured the necessary security to the debtors from the debt collection agencies.
