All women dream of their wedding day and many have all kinds of idea swimming around in their head of this special day. However, when the time comes to create this special day there are all kinds of things to consider and this can become a stressful time if the bride does not have a plan of action.

After the proposal, the bride to be is often on cloud nine and must come down from the clouds in order to ensure her wedding day goes the way she has always planned. An itinerary of events and things to do are the best way to ensure that all goes well.

The date of the wedding must be decided first. This way the bride will be able to ensure she can have the flowers she wants, the style of dress, and get the invitations out in time. Oh my, so much to do where to start? Of course, you should include the groom to be in your decisions, but many brides to be forget this after they have that engagement ring on their finger. Many grooms to be want to be included in this special especially certain aspects of the wedding such as indoor or outdoor wedding, destination weddings, and in some cases the colors as not to clash with the colors chosen by the bride to be.

After the bride and groom have decided on all the particulars, they will then need to choose invitations. First consider if you plan to have a themed wedding such as Asian, Beach, Calla Lily, Fairytale, Fall, Heart, Las Vegas, Love, Spring, Summer, Wine, or Winter. You will want all the stationary and invitations to match the theme. The same goes if you plan a destination wedding; you can find stationary and invitations along with other accessories to match the destination.

Planning all of these things together will be fun and exciting as long as both are working on choosing the theme that you both wish to have. Nothing would be more disastrous than working separately and then learning you both had different ideas of that dream wedding.

When you begin choosing all the accessories for the various events, you must first decide which events you want to include. You can include a reception, a bachorlette party, a bachelor party, and even a post wedding brunch. Remember it is your wedding and you want to have lasting memories of your families joining together to help express your love.

Searching for all the items you need for the various events will be exciting. Of course, if your husband to be does not want to be included in all of the hunting and designing, you can always take your best friend or mother. Some things were just meant for the girls to do.
