Defrosting
Before, you start your cooking preparation, it is necessary to defrost the frozen tails. You can keep the frozen tails in refrigerator overnight for getting it defrosted.
Initial preparations
After dressing the lobster tails, use the point of the kitchen shears to detach the meat from the shells. You should put the shears between the meat and the hard shell. After that, apply a little bit of pressure to detach the shell from the meat. Keep the fins intact. Don’t remove the under-shell.
Baking preparation
Paint the tails with melted butter before baking it. You can add pepper to get a flavor out of it.
Preheat the oven into 350 F. Then, put the marinade tails into the oven and bake it approximately for 15 minutes. Do not over bake the item; either it will lose its essence. After getting baked, the tail will turn its color into red. It indicates that it is well prepared for serving.
Serve it hot with slices of lemon and garnish it with slices of onion.
