With the things I saw I don't believe that a new traffic law can change our situation unless that law is going to be followed by all.

Every time a person is off his home driving his car to his destination he was likely to cause or be a victim of accident. Unlike any job driving is totally a very dangerous type of work. Its not about passion of what it is skill, ability and most of all habit. It is truly a tragic day in the world when you get involve in a bad habit habitual traffic offender does when driving. Death can't be prevented but at least we do an effort to enjoy life before that day.

Habitual traffic offender laws are one among the state’s largest public health and injury prevention issue. The problem is all the acute damage as a result of accidents to the victims are healthy prior to their crashes. According to the report hundreds of millions have been the victims of habitual traffic offender. Even the violators of this offense are getting more younger. Why? Because young are the most vulnerable person when it comes to driving. Aside from the influence of drugs and alcohol it is also important to ensure that their group has nothing to do with their safety.

The normal measures used in assessing road safety is not enough to stop habitual traffic offender from committing traffic violation. Speed could be a key goal of modern road design, however impact speed affects the severity of injury to both victim and violator. Injuries are caused by sudden change of motion that is often troublesome to life. However, speeding still one factor of traffic problems, the change of time does not affect the well of man to create a good driving habit.

Contributing to the factors that affect the number of highway crashes could also be associated with the motive force such as driver error, the vehicular failures and road itself. For traffic road safety to be useful drivers must build up there character towards driving. The relation of man to his invention is also an important faction. He who owns the vehicle should ensure that his wheel is in good condition before using on public places. The same thing he must also aware that any wrong driving move can cause him and others who are in the same road with him danger.
