The most clear sign of great men is the confidence and strong will and perseverance and self-confidence will promote each other. This essay will take timberland as an example for the reason that timberland is a celebrated triumphant shoe brand whose inventor is confident and also with strong willpower. Then the eassy also points out two world renowned men---Pu Songling and Stephen William Hawking who are two influential great men in the history of world.

He is a renowned successful person who once uttered his outlook towards victory. In his standpoint, if one's goal and dream does not change a bit no matter how surroundings changes then he will finally become unbeaten person. A successful person always has the unique traits than ordinary people, such as adequate confidence, strong willpower and strong perseverance. One who has a strong perseverance will not giddy with success and also will not discouraged by failure because success is able to push him to make efforts to complete his goal and failure can teach him to keep it up and make persistent efforts.
Perseverance and self-confidence will promote each other. Here are a number of examples for you to get the picture. The prominent writer Pu Songling in China once said:"Where there is a will there is a way." We are able to throw the handle after the blade and suffer hardships to accomplish some ambition. There is also a world well-known physical scientist Stephen William Hawking for you to appreciate the futher meaning of the confidence, strong will and perseverance. Thirty years ago, Hawking who was over 20 years old has a muscle degeneration diseases which will make a person only live about two and a half years. The diseases makes him paralyzed and the only parts that is able to move in his body is the three fingers on his right hand nonetheless he survives marvelously. He begins to write something with the only three fingers and he keeps writing for decades of years with the strong determination and at last he achieves great achievments in astrophysics field. His masterpiece A Brief History of Time has been translated to 31 languages and sold to 6 million copies. He travelled to world to have speeches with wheelchair and someone calls him "wheelchair giant".
At this moment I will let you know another encouraging story about timberland which is a world prominent shoe brand. It is the first step that costs troublsome. Timberland corporation underwent scores of difficulties at first but the initiator Nathan Swarts never thought of giving it up. On the contrary, he persevered in it and in the end succeeded. The products produced by the company are all high quality and innovative among the shoe markets. The above all examples let us know that confidence and strong willpower play an important role in one' life and even a company's growth. In contrast, ou conditons are superior so we have no reason not to cheer up. Everyone of us should have adequate confidence and courage to overcome all difficulties in front of us.
