Complete Merchant Solutions moved to its new office in the Provo Riverwoods in August of 2010.

With the help of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, the move was made official with a ribbon-cutting ceremony set-up and performed by the Chamber with the co-founders of CMS last May 18, 2011. Now, Complete Merchant Solutions conducts business in its new office located at 5132 N 300 W Ste 100, Provo, Utah.

After successfully working for an agent office of Wells Fargo Bank, Dave Decker of Utah co-founded Complete Merchant Solutions in 2008 in Orem, Utah. Capitalizing his experience in the bankcard industry, Complete Merchant Solutions or CMS was created to provide bankcard merchant services to brick and mortar as well as e-commerce businesses across the country. With complete products and services matched with great rates, CMS began a great year even being featured in the Utah Valley BusinessQ as number 2 in the top start-up businesses to watch in 2010.

This year the company was also recognized as one of the fastest growing merchant acquirers, receiving a President’s Award from First Data and the number 86 spot in the Nilson Report. Currently with 30 employees, CMS serves thousands of merchants in the United States.
