When you learn to love the machine, there's no way of stopping it once you get addicted to it, unless you are motivated to not to always depend on it. A concrete example is computer gaming. Who among us don't love games, especially those that have 3 dimensional graphics? If you say no, then you're a big, fat liar. Just kidding. Many students in the secondary and tertiary level are found on internet cafes so busy matching up with their opponents online.

Exhausted and begging-for-mercy eyes are stuck on the monitor all day long. Surfing the net, searching for the latest updates about the favorite gadgets, competing on online games, creating source codes, doing reports; these are some of the many things we do for fun, passion, and living, rarely noticing the dreadful effects on our health and personality.
So much for their money, it's all worth it. Enjoying and being in the most exciting phase are the advantages but what about the tendency to forget school, the advices their parents told them to save money and their other responsibilities? And what how about the conditions it may bring to them? Yes, it's none of my business but as a concern citizen, I have the right to say what I think is right.
Paying attention to our actions makes us more responsible and concern about our well being. Staying long in front of a desktop computer or a laptop degrades physical form. Our eyesight may have the tendency to become poor because of too much light. Have you experienced headache when you stay long in front of the screen even on television? That's a minor result. Our brain can also be affected with minor problems which remains unnoticed for a long time but has a big impact when we become old.
Doctors recommend the avoidance of prolong computer usage like 8 hours straight. We must close our eyes for a while for at least every 5 minutes or try to stand up and walk so that you will not develop any
cramps for seating for such a very long time or better exercise to stretch the muscles and joints.
The most important thing to do is to be more responsible because each of us are accountable for our own action. Whatever decision we do, always keep in mind the people that care for us and love us. Hurting yourself, hurts other people as well so be very careful. Too much is not good at all times. It is best to be cautious and take care of ourselves so we will not regret in the end. Also, treat the computer as your friend, not as your slave because if you do so, we may not know, you may change positions. How scary was that?
Life is too short, let us cherish every moment and let us not forget the non-techie stuff around us. There are more lot of fun out there. Come out of your room and widen your imagination.
