Some classic products made of PA are pumping impellers, fan blade, valve seat, bushing, bearing, instrument board as well as automobile electrical instruments. You know, almost every car consumes 3.6 to 4 kilograms PA. PA has the big consumption share in car industry, second only to the electronic and electrical equipment industry.
2. PC PC has both the intensity of the non-ferrous metals and excellent ductility and obdurability. It has high impact strength which cannot be destroyed by the percussion of hammers. PC has very good transparency so it can be shaded easily. Owning to the excellent performance, PC is mainly used in transparent protection board of stadium, lamp-chimney and signal lamp. It is also applied to glass of high-rise construction, wind deflector, glass of the cockpit and safety helmet. The biggest market for PC is computer, office equipment, car making. The most promising market for PC is CD and DVD.
3. PBT PBT is a kind of thermoplastic polyester. Compared with other thermoplastic engineer plastic, the non-enhanced PBT has better process ability and electrical property. PBT has lower vitrification temperature. Its process-cycle is short because it will crystallize if the temperature of the mould is 50℃ or above. PBT is widely used in electronic, electrical and car making industries. Because PBT has high insulation and thermal endurance it can be used in TV kickback transformer, car distributor and spark coil.
