Blue flag Beaches

San Ginés – This cove is provided with lifeguard services, showers and open-air bars. There is a walkway with palm trees behind the beach and there is also a road close to the beach. This beach has gravel and calm waters. The beach length is 25 M and width 9 M.

Mar de Cristal Beach – This beach is urban and has an attractive promenade that makes people come to this beach to take a stroll. It is quiet and good for resting. You can relax and enjoy the fine golden sand and calm waters. The beach length is 900 M and width 25 M.

Levante – This beach is a very good place and is bay-shaped. It is situated near the port in the midst of shops and restaurants. You can see magnificent views of the lighthouse Cabo de Palos. This beach has golden sand and calm waters. The beach length is 200 M and width 20 M.

Islas Menores – There are large numbers of palm trees around this beach which add a touch of beauty to this beach. There is a small marina situated on one side of the beach. There exists a picturesque village around this beach. This beach has golden sand and calm waters. The beach length is 950 M and width 27 M.

Honda – This beach is located in the newly built tourist complex in front of Manga and is provided with a sophisticated beautiful promenade. The beach is extremely clean and well maintained. This beach has golden sand and calm waters. The beach length is 1700 M and width 36 M.

Cala del Pino – This is a cove that is compact and small. There are lots of pine trees around. This beach is provided with open air bar and toilets. This beach has golden sand and calm waters. The beach length is 150 M and width 12 M.

Cala Cortina – This beach has been renovated/ regenerated recently and is equipped with all modern facilities and services including playgrounds for children and restaurants. This beach has black volcanic sand and calm waters. The beach length is 250 M and width 15 M.


Others

Túnez – This beach is situated on lush hills which make life in this area very colorful. The water here is clean and crystal clear and there are large rocks. This place is ideal for persons who are interested in scuba diving. La Manga and the lighthouse look pretty from this beach. This beach has gravel and calm waters. The beach length is 25 M and width 9 M.

Salitrona – This beach is completely isolated and least spoilt. There is hardly any crowd on this beach. It is located in the projection of Cape Tiñoso. You can access this beach either by walking or by boat. You will find it pleasant to walk to the beach. It has necessary facilities for boat anchoring. It is surrounded by mountains that are full of vegetation. This beach has black volcanic sand and calm waters. The beach length is 50 M and width 10 M.

Pozo de la Avispa – This cove is located in the Cabo Tiñoso environment which is not spoilt and the cove is of average size. This beach has black volcanic sand and moderate waves. The beach length is 35 M and width 10 M.
