Be Motivate and Positive to Life

Every people will experience getting to a low point, but you can try to recognize it and do what you can do to pull yourself out of it.
We all have been to face with days or weeks that don’t want to do anything. But some people will be regret of having a relaxed weekend without doing anything. Some students don’t know what to do when they come to the summer holiday after busy prepare for exams.

Rest is necessary. We don’t have to feel guilty about it. But if we just put the things aside and have too much rest - I mean if we just put aside things that you really need to do, like students have to study, workers have to work, and you -I don’t know, maybe something that you have to do-we can become lazy, complacent, and just feel completely out of synch with life.

Then what should be done? These tips may interest you.

List down.
Write down your goals, your thoughts, your creative ideas. Taking a sticky note with you, whenever an interested thought goes into your mind, just write it down immediately. If you write it down, you will forget it very soon. That’s true.

The other benefit of writing things down can help you prioritize and keep you focused on what needs to get done. If you just have a list or have given some thought to what you’re going to do throughout the day you will have a lot more motivation to get stuff done. Well, you might experience some day with no direction or thought about what you need to do or what you want to do. It feels terrible, doesn’t it?

Make the list in the night before.
Some people like to make the list in the morning, but I recommend do it the night before. Think about it. If you just get up late in the morning, finding there are no clean dishes, or you even have no idea of which clothing to choose because you haven’t prepare it last night. When you rush to the office you find you leave a most important document at home, which you thought you can review it before the conference in the afternoon… It never rains but it pours.

Prepare the night before should be a productivity and motivational tip. You must love a morning with delicious breakfast with clean cups and spoons when you wake up. And you will be more motivated to get going in the morning when you know you’ve got things done.

Put things that you least favorite first.
If you doing your least favorite task first, you will get over that hurdle and clear the path for you to do the more desirable tasks throughout the day.

Take pride in things you do.
Your emotions will affect people around you, so as your thoughts about things. When you work for yourself or by yourself and are only accountable to one person, you may find it tougher. In most times, the work you do is and outward reflection on you.

See your tasks or goals as things that are fun, as things to get excited about you can actually start looking forward to them. When you look forward to doing something it doesn’t like work and you can plow through full steam ahead.

We won’t be motivated every single minute. Every people will experience getting to a low point. But if you can recognize when you are down and do what you can to pull yourself out of it, things will be much easier. And you will find many changes in your work and life.
