Do you ever think what happened without electricity in your life? In short you can't do anything; you lost communication, your earning stops and all your electrical and electronic gadgets no working any more. You're simply separated from the world.
Do you ever think what happened without electricity in your life? In short you can’t do anything; you lost communication, your earning stops and all your electrical and electronic gadgets no working any more. You’re simply separated from the world.

Electricity can produced by different source of energies such as – coal, natural gas, water, diesel, nuclear reactions and other alternative source of energies like wind power and solar power. Apart from the traditional energy sources, the main benefit of alternative energy sources are – they are eco friendly, only onetime cost for installation, very little maintenance cost and they are available for every time. No power Cut not Load shedding.

Now a day, due to heavy electricity consumption by domestic and industrial use, load-shedding system will gradually increase its market. Now the question is what is load-shedding system? Well, a load shedding system is nothing but an additional power backup system when the electricity is gone!

Power distribution panel is one of the most complex components in a power system. While selecting a Power distribution panel, one must know its basic functionality, capabilities, compatibilities and limitations also.

Electricity is quite similar to water flow. Like water flow, the electricity flows in its route. Electricity can be defined as “Flow of electrons”. So we can think both of them as a flow and the flow must be controlled in an efficient manner. For example – we control the water flow by using a dam; on the other hand we use different circuit to control the electricity. When water in heavy pressure; the dam can be beaked or damaged, similar to electricity high voltage or high flow of electron can damage your electrical gadgets. Usually, the power controlled by step up transformers. In industrial uses, the voltage is “step down” between 5,000 to 35,500 volts. Apart from this, in domestic use, the voltage “steps down” to 13,000 volts or less. When something going wrong by any chance like high voltage generation or by any natural calamity; the power goes down and cause load shedding. From here a load shedding system comes into the scene.

Most common lead shedding system includes components like Circuit Breakers, Panel Meters, Switches, Indicator Lights, Fuses ATC, Terminal Block & Bus Bars and many others. A load shedding system generally eliminates power tripping of shore main, generator main and other areas.

A new generation load shedding system comes with two essential power management systems. They are Control module and Display panel.

Both the systems enable the user to easily integrate the system in a boat. Those systems will help the user to integrate the system in marine electrical power systems. A control module of load shedding system enables, mounts inside or the close immediacy to the boat’s AC main distribution panel. On the other hand, display panel, can be positioned up to 100 feet from the control panel. Those systems commonly restore power during load shedding when total load drops between 30 Amps for 120 Volts 30 Amp.
