Lessee is held responsible for every items bulging out of the wall or roof. The lessee’s work is to remove all adhesives from the tables, roofs and walls. These are the responsibilities of the lessee. If, in case, he fails to meet the rules, he forfeits the amount paid as deposit. The lessee should do the clean up work after using the halls. He should place the garbage in the places provided and place those in the dumpsters. In different events, the lessee brings his required items to the hall, for different purposes. He should clear the items before handing over the hall to the owner. All the tables and chairs should be wiped well. The hall should be left in a condition so that the owner of the hall has to do only minute work for giving it to another lessee. Special moments should not be ruined by not meeting the terms and conditions set by the hall providers.
