Human body is made of 206 bones and all are very sensitive and flexible. Almost all these bones are interconnected. Back is a complex structure made up bones, muscles, nerves and joints and act as pinpoint for all these. Actually, Spinal cord acts as a pinpoint for connecting body parts to the nervous system and responsible for the proper functioning of all body parts. Back bone is a part of spinal cord and act as a very important and sensitive part of our body, which provides linkages between the different bones of body. But when it injured or infected, its pain become the most painful ache of human body.

Back pain can be developed by everyday activities at home and at work, or it can develop as a result of continuous sitting, standing or lifting on daily bases. Some of the common causes of Back pains are:
• Driving for long periods without taking a break.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling incorrectly.
• Over Stretching.
• Overuse of the muscles like in sports.
• Twisting
Some more factors which increase the risk of back pain of larger intensity includes:
• Being overweight –Gain extra weight puts extra pressure on the spine, which results into Back pain.
• Smoking –Chain Smoking can generate the back pain because Smoking damage the tissue of back and reduces the immunity of human body.
• Being pregnant – The excess weight of carrying a baby can place additional strain on the back.
• Stress- stress can cause tension in the muscles of the back, which can result in back pain.
• Depression-Depressions alternatively results into weight gains, which results into extra strain on back bone and the final result is Back pain.
Understanding the cause of your back pain is the key to proper treatment because back pain is sometimes difficult to treat, a better understanding of the cause of pain condition will assist in pain recovery.
