Arthritis patients find the pain the most unbearable part of the disease. You can manage the pain effectively through your diet. According to recent studies certain food can relieve arthritis pain and it can even reduce the inflammation caused by joint damage and arthritis pain.

The concentration of oleocanthal is highest in the extra virgin oil produced from the olives grown in Tuscany, Italy. 3 ½ tablespoons of olive oil contains around 400 calories and is equal to 200 m of aspirin. Olive oil can be used as a substitute to butter and other fats used for cooking.
