No matter where I go, it’s always my camera and mobile which accompany me. It would be wrong to consider photography as a passion, it’s like a friend which always stays with me and never bores me. Science was my favorite subject in high school which slowly and gradually made me an engineer and photography started accompanying me in all my expeditions from college. Plants and animals! Yes, this is what I captured all throughout my life. Wild photographer, it’s now my designation in the National Geography television channel and has given me an adventurous life. No, engineering is not my cup of tea as I connect with plants and animals and not machines. Let some other good and qualified people take up the work of engineering while people like me would prefer to spend their entire life in a forest.
More than thousands of plants are present in a forest; it was my first wild life project in Melbourne and people started calling me “Wild Melbourne Photographer”. Do you really think photographers have a special eye? According to me, it’s not the eye but the mind which works in photographers and captures a usual and normal image in a different way. Photographers are usually people with long beard and huge amount of knowledge in their bags which they carry with themselves. Nowadays, many photography courses are also being introduced by the reputed educational institutions where the technical details of photography are being taught to the students.
How would the photography course help you? Lights, shadows, camera angles, shapes and many more technical details of photography are mainly covered in a photography course. But, it may not really help you to become a good photographer. It’s the balance between your brain and eye which works magically and creates a beautiful piece of photograph.
