Are Widening Male Enhancement Techniques Worth It?

Surgery is believed to be the only male enhancement method capable of producing permanent enlargement. But are these invasive procedures worth the trouble?
There are two basic types of male enhancement: length enhancement and girth enhancement. Male enhancement surgery is widely regarded as the only method capable of producing permanent male enhancement. Surgical penis lengthening procedures were believed to be more effective than widening procedures but over the years, girth enhancement techniques have been refined. Take a look at these three surgical penis widening techniques:

Fat Injections
Fat injections are the least expensive and least invasive type of widening male enhancement procedures. Fat is taken from your abdomen or buttocks and transferred under your penis via injection. Your penis will not reject the fat because it comes from your own body but if you lose weight, your penis will revert to its original size.
You will be injected several times since fat is very delicate – only 30 percent of it survive the liposuction and transfer. It will bulk up some areas of your penis but may not work well in others, making your tool look lumpy. Your penis may feel soft even when you have a boner.

Dermal fat grafts are more stable than fat injections, can add about an inch in flaccid and erect girth, and are firmer to the touch. This procedure involves taking strips of flesh from a part of your body, usually your gluteal folds – the point where your butt cheek meets the top of your thigh. An incision is made behind the head of your penis and the harvested strips of skin and underlying fat are placed on top of the tunica albuginea. The skin is then sewn back in place.

If you’re not ready to deal with a lot of pain, then dermal grafts are not for you. You will require anesthesia during the procedure and will need to wear a traction male enhancement device (more popularly known as a penis extender or stretcher) for a number of weeks after the operation to keep your organ stable while the dermal grafts grow into place.

Alloderm Grafts
Alloderm is processed skin from a cadaver implanted in the same way as dermal grafts. It is thinner and more expensive. But can you imagine putting skin from a dead guy or gal under your favorite part?

Saphenous Vein Graft Surgery
Saphenous vein graft surgery for male enhancement involves removing part of your saphenous vein – the longest vein in your body found in your leg – and grafting it onto the tunica. Some urologists claim that saphenous graft surgery is the most effective male enhancement method to increase girth. Unlike fat injections, your penis will look normal and proportional when flaccid. And unlike dermal grafts, you won’t need to wear any painful male enhancement devices while you recover.
