The naming for any of the products which are manufactured in this world can be best done using the labels only. There is no other substitute that has been invented which makes a perfect substitution for the labels. Thus one can say for sure for the past 90 years from when the labels were invented there is the continuous use and the demand for the labels. There are several types of labels that are manufactured and used nowadays. Here we can have a detailed discussion about the labels and a bird’s eye view about the types of labels. Initially when the labels were invented they were primarily used to name the tools in the workshops. Later on the labels were designed and invented for several purposes. The next main purpose of the labels was to name the dangerous chemicals in the industries. Because before the use of the labels it was very difficult for the laborers in the industries and factories to distinguish between the normal and the cautious chemicals. Though there were the naming made with the help of paints and other writing materials, the labels were considered to be the safest option and were preferred by all. Thus labels manufacturing found a sudden tremendous increase in the late sixties. Later on with the manufacture of food and the food related products, the labels were used to denote the name of the product and corresponding directions for use. Later on in the late 80’s there was the use of the labels in all the products and hence found immense application. Talking about the different kinds of labels, there are the prime classifications based on the application only. Because in the manufacture of the chemical labels there was the use of certain chemicals which made the label corrosion resistive. For the food labels the manufacturing process was very simple as the purpose was for the identification of the customer. Other major application of the labels was in the medicine industry where in there was the use of labels in each of the medicine bottles and in the tablet case. In the case of eatables labels were used for cool drinks and other food stuff. The most important nomination present in the labels for food was the date of manufacture and the date of expiry which was useful for the customers.
