1. Stop bleeding. If the wound after tooth extraction keep bleeding or spit some blood clots from time to time, you can take some simple methods to stop the bleeding. Such as clench the cotton to stop bleeding, and then discard it 30 minutes later, or using cold towel or clean gauze dipped in ice water spreads at the extraction side of their own. If you can not control, please go to a dentist as soon as possible.
2. Do not rinse or brush your teeth the same day to prevent bleeding. Since about 24 hours after tooth extraction, partial fibroblasts just extend to the growth of blood clots from alveolar wall and gradually become rugged. If you rinse or brush your teeth within 24 hours, blood clots may be rinsed away and cause bleeding again.
3. Do not use the tongue to lick the wound, and not repeatedly sucking.
4. You can eat 2 hours later after tooth extraction; also you may have a soft food the same day, but no hot food or hard food, avoid chewing with the tooth side.
5. Don’t spit the same day and also do not touch the wound with your fingers.

7. Do not do some strenuous exercise after tooth extraction 1-2 days.
