(A)Body Check Up
Examine your body thoroughly and find out signs of any disease in the examination report. Specially check your heart beat, blood pressure, cholesterol level, electrolyte levels, etc and confirm that you are fit to exercise. If you are not fit, consult a physician and get yourself treated for the particular cause, once you’re fit you can start regular exercising.
(B)Choose the right accessory
It is essential to choose the right accessory including the leg gear and body wear otherwise it could cause you discomfort while you exercise. Choose light weight shoes and sweat absorbing cotton clothes.
(C)Find a companion
If you have a friend of your age group, it creates an enthusiasm to exercise regularly. It also keeps off boredom while you exercise. Choose a neighbor or your friend which could be comfortable for both partners.
(D)Brisk Walk
Brisk walk or jogging for a kilometer or more is essential at least three times a week. It increases the body metabolic activity and reduces the unwanted fats in the body including bad cholesterol. Brisk walking also increases mental alertness and helps you to remain fresh and active throughout the day.
(E)Drink plenty of water
Water is found to be an effective detoxifier; it cleanses the body and removes unwanted toxins. Taking 6 glass or 2 liters of water a day helps to remove all the unwanted wastes from body.

Do not fill your stomach at a single time, instead split it and take it at different time intervals. It increases the digestion and avoids constipation and bloating of stomach. In addition it reduces the load to liver to digest the food.

Keep yourself occupied and busy throughout the day. It increases your metabolic activity and boosts the flow of blood to various organs. Keep yourself active and avoid sleeping during day time. Also avoid taking escalators and lifts instead use the staircase.

Regular swimming boosts up your energy levels and swimming helps to keep your whole body fit. Breathing in and out performed during swimming is best for lungs and keeps away diseases of lung.

Junk foods contain extra calories and are bad for health. Toxic chemicals are added during junk food preparation so it is wise say ‘good bye’ to junk foods.
