2340 Existential Psychotherapy, Interpretation and Gadamer’s Hermeneutic Circle
In this article, I aim to show how existential psychotherapy, by employing a hermeneutic circle, allows for a dynamic view of the past. Also, this paper demonstrates why it is important for psychotherapist allow for a plurality of interpretations, as interpretations themselves as much subject to time, as the material a client brings to therapy.
