Ginger essential oil
Originally from China, ginger has arrived in the Mediterranean by the caravan of nomads and traders who followed the spice route. Widely used in the Orient for its therapeutic properties, ginger is a very important place in Greece and the Middle East for its aromatic properties. Ginger is therefore an essential spice in the kitchen, as well as saffron, cloves and pepper.
