Epsom salt (sometimes called soaking salt) is a home remedy that has been used for tired muscles and aching joints for generations. Epsom salt is not for internal consumption so don’t eat it! It is only designed for occasional use. Monitor your skin to make sure you are not hypersensitive to magnesium sulfate and that your skin is not drying out after bathing. Don’t use Epsom salt if you are allergic to it.
