The web developer has to be sure of what the final output is going to look like and has to work backwards to ascertain the various tools (like the various languages) that must be used for achieving the desired results. The web developer must be totally in control of the issue and should know the site inside out and should have the solutions to all the client’s queries or problems.
The web developer should not only be fluent with all the technical aspects of his job he should have an element of creativity so that he is able to apply his knowledge to incorporate all the requirements of the client and finally provide a fabulous website.
