It is very worrying for people who sit too much of the work day. The reason: even after adjusting for risk, including body mass index (BMI) and smoking, women who spend six hours per day, the risk of meeting who more likely than those who die spend less than three hours in an armchair.
The exercise, even just a day can reduced the risk of fatalities associated with the connected session, but not too much. A large majority of sitting days, as it turns out, is a risk behavior. For those who have served many hours and is still not practiced, the risk of death increased to 94 percent for women and 48 percent for men. For the record, people were more likely to die from heart disease than cancer, according to the study of cancer prevention by the American Cancer Society and published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.
1.Sitting one hour then move 10 mintues.
Maybe you already forget the time, you can make a alarm or write a note and put it in front of your computer. Hands up powerfully and your head backwards, or you can exercise, even a little a day to reduce the risk of sickness.
So if you didn’t already need a reminder to moving your body during the working time, you’ve got it now. start by fitting in, at the least, a brisk walk either early in the morning or after work as a way into daily exercise routine.
2.Walking instead of taking bus or driving
If your company is not far from your living place, you can choose to walking instead of taking bus. Walking can burn the energy and exercise the cells. You can waving your hands and fluffs the feet. Sometimes if you late for time, you can run and let your all the cells active. Exercise make you full of energy and vitality. If so far, please get off earlier before your destination when you take a bus. It’s nice to walking in autumn prime.
3.Do not sit to finish some easy work such as reading a report, thinking, talking. Don’t sitting to finish work that can stand. Fine more excuses to stand up and one more, sitting far from the tea room, so you have more time to walking around.
4.After a long day working, find a friend to exercise with so you don’t back out of plans. Now there are so many clubs provide office worker aerobic exercise,such as yoga, Latin,aerobics. There are two good points for OLs: one is strong your body and keep fit, the other is prevent aging. That’s why clubs are welcomed by ladies.
