How do I know that I am fat??
The easiest way to check if you are fat or not is checking your BMI (Body Mass Index). Here’s how you can do that.
BMI = your weight (kg) / your height (m) to the power of 2
If someone was 50 kg and 160cm tall
BMI = 50/1.6 X 1.6
BMI = 19.5kg/m
Now take the number 19.5 and look it up in the BMI chart.
40 and up is very fat
35-39 = stage 2 of fat
28.5-34.9 = stage 1 of fat
23.5-28.4 = overweight
18.5-23.4 = normal
18.5 And under is too thin
How do you get fat??
Before we tell you how to loose weight, let’s understand how you get fat and why.
Reason1
Eating whatever you want, how much you want, and anytime you want and not exercising. Because we are just eating whatever we want and our body is not burning the calories that we take in.
Reason2
Being fat can also be caused by problems with your Endocrinology Such as problems with you pituitary gland and your thyroid gland. This can make you fat.
Reason3
People can be genetically fat. If your parents were both fat, then there child will most likely be fat.
Here’s how you can loose weight.
Try Detox
Detoxicating your body helps get rid of unwanted waste in your body. This also gets rid of excess fat. Drinking only detox drinks is good for people who want to loose weight because you don’t take in any calories from food. Detox drinks don’t have a lot of calories so you can drink them all day if you want. Do some simple exercises while doing the detox to get burn calories faster. Don’t do too much exercise, since the detox drinks don’t give you a lot of calories so you won’t have enough strength and may pass out. A great detox drink is the just water and celery detox. Make sure you take vitamins while doing the detox. Celery burns calories, the more you eat the more you burn. Drink only water and eat only celery for about two weeks and you can loose up to 7 kilograms.
Heavy exercise plan
Plan yourself an exercise plan that is intense and heavy. Eat as little as possible. Do yourself a two week calendar with the exercise plans on each day. Follow them strictly. This will definitely help you loose weight. Be careful on what type of exercise you are doing, if it is too harsh then don’t do it. Try staying on your plan and do this every now and then. Be sure when you have finished the plan that you don’t just go and pig out on food because you will experience the yoyo effect. All your hard work will be for nothing. Eat as you normally would and exercise thirty minutes a day.
